Your personal data, such as your name-surname, e-mail address, information on the works of art submitted to the exhibition, application type and exhibition period preferences that you provide to us through our application and communication forms, are processed only for the purpose of evaluating your applications, communicating with you, planning the exhibition organization and, if necessary, preparing digital catalogues for the exhibition.

This data may be shared with our relevant business partners or authorized public institutions and organizations in cases where legal obligations require it, only for the legitimate purposes specified above and within the framework of the data minimization principle. Your personal data is processed in accordance with the principles in Article 4 of the KVKK and the legal processing conditions regulated in Articles 5 and 6; for a limited time and in a measured manner, based on your explicit consent or legal obligation.

As a data owner, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed or not, to request information about it if it is processed, to learn whether it is used for its intended purpose, to request correction if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly, to request deletion or destruction within the framework of the relevant legislation, to object to the processing and to claim compensation if you suffer damage due to the unlawful use of these data, in accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK. In line with the principles of protecting your personal data, ensuring its security and transparency; all communication processes with your exhibition applications are carried out within the legal framework and in full compliance with the provisions of the KVKK.

Every artist who applies or exhibits their works through Eserlik.com is deemed to have read and understood the data processing conditions specified in this Information Text and to have expressly accepted these conditions. Persons who complete the application process are deemed to have consented to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the purposes and principles specified herein.
